Today’s homebuyer relies upon the builder to supply a variety of high-tech systems designed to keep their home and family safe, comfortable, entertained and connected. As a builder, dedicated to upholding your customer’s satisfaction, it pays to choose a supplier with a proven track record of knowledge and experience. We understand the need for keeping your customer satisfied, and protecting your reputation as if it were our own.

Builders are often faced with the challenge of coordinating the activities of several or more suppliers of low voltage services. This takes far greater effort, and often impacts construction progress and deadlines.

  • No Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Several Or More Low Voltage Contractors
  • On-Time System Completion

For larger construction sites with limited resources and community watch programs, we can install a DVR camera system with wireless Internet access. Self supported for power and Internet, this is a monitored solution that gives an ominous presence of 24-hour security and can include two voice capability to alert stragglers that they are being watched.

This newer, recently patented solution has been successfully deployed in construction sites and communities all over North Carolina and has been responsible for recovering an excess of $30,000.00 dollars in loss.

You can view your jobsites from any computer with a Internet connection to look for unwarranted activity, make sure the contractors are on the job, or to make sure your lumber or brick orders have arrived.

As a community, you can collectively log on to your cameras through any high speed Internet connection and look for unwanted activity.

For areas that should have no traffic during specified times of the day, outdoor motion detectors trigger an alarm of any motion seen. The monitoring center then takes action by viewing the camera connected to that specific protected area, analyzes what is seen and takes action based on designated instruction.

Action can include speaking through a two way speaker to let any trespassers (or potential burglars) know that they are being watched by a live person. Action can also include dispatching authorities to the site or at a minimum, notifying the subscriber of the activity and allowing them to decide what to do.

Recordings of events are stored onsite and at the central monitoring center for later review and use as evidence if needed.

Here is a view of the same camera setup shown above from a distance. Very low profile but still very effective.

Other common applications for video monitoring include school campuses, car dealerships, sports areas and public parks, retirement communities.
